At Aenso UK, we strive to ensure your orders are delivered promptly and efficiently.
- Order Dispatch: Orders placed before midday on weekdays will be dispatched the same day.
- Shipping Service: All orders are shipped via a next-day delivery service.
- Standard Shipping Cost: £7.50
- Shipping Days: We ship Monday to Friday. Orders placed after midday on Friday will be shipped the following Monday for next-day delivery on Tuesday.

Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 30-day return policy.
You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible:
- Items must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt) must be provided.
